Health Declaration & Liability Waiver

By participating in classes, private sessions, workshops, events, or any activities offered by InnerG Studios (“Studio”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Health Declaration

I confirm that I am physically and medically fit to participate in fitness, wellness, movement, strength, Pilates, yoga, recovery, and other activities offered by the Studio.

I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a qualified healthcare professional before participating if I have any medical condition, injury, illness, physical limitation, or health concern.

I agree to inform the Studio and my instructor of any injury, medical condition, pregnancy, recent surgery, or physical limitation that may affect my ability to participate safely.

2. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in physical activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, falls, equipment-related injuries, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, illness, and other injuries that may result from exercise and physical activity.

I voluntarily choose to participate and knowingly assume all risks associated with my participation.

3. Participation Responsibility

I agree to exercise within my own limits and to stop immediately if I experience pain, dizziness, discomfort, or any unusual symptoms.

I agree to follow all instructions provided by Studio staff and instructors and to use equipment safely and responsibly.

4. Pregnancy

If I am pregnant, I confirm that I have consulted my healthcare provider regarding participation and have informed the Studio before attending classes.

5. Emergency Medical Assistance

In the event of an accident, injury, illness, or medical emergency, I authorize the Studio to seek emergency medical assistance on my behalf if reasonably necessary.

Any costs associated with such treatment or transportation shall remain my responsibility.

6. Personal Belongings

I understand that personal belongings brought to the Studio are my responsibility and that the Studio is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

7. Acknowledgement

I understand that participation in Studio activities is voluntary and involves inherent risks.

I acknowledge that I have read and understood this Health Declaration & Liability Waiver and voluntarily agree to participate in Studio activities.

Nothing in this Waiver excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

A signed copy of this Health Declaration & Liability Waiver is completed by every client at the Studio prior to their first visit. Last updated: 29 July 2026.
