Welcome to InnerG Studios (“InnerG”, “Studio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of memberships, class packages, workshops, private sessions, events, and all services provided by InnerG Studios. By booking, purchasing, attending, or participating in any Studio service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
1.1 Participants under the age of 18 may only attend classes or services with the consent of a parent or legal guardian and subject to Studio approval.
1.2 By attending any class or service, you confirm that you (or, where applicable, the participant in your care) are physically capable of participating and that participation will not pose an unreasonable risk to health or wellbeing.
2. Bookings
2.1 All classes, private sessions, workshops, and events must be booked through the Studio’s booking platform or approved Studio channels.
2.2 All bookings are subject to availability.
2.3 The Studio reserves the right to amend class schedules, instructors, operating hours, services, or class formats at any time.
3. Memberships & Class Packages
3.1 Memberships and class packages are personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared.
3.2 Memberships and class packages may only be used by the individual registered on the account.
3.3 Memberships and class packages are valid only for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
3.4 Unused classes expire at the end of the applicable validity period and cannot be rolled over unless otherwise approved by the Studio.
3.5 Promotional offers, introductory packages, and discounted memberships may be subject to additional terms.
4. Payments
4.1 All purchases must be paid in full at the time of booking or purchase.
4.2 The Studio reserves the right to amend pricing at any time.
4.3 Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.
4.4 All payments are processed through approved third-party payment providers.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 Class cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class start time.
5.2 Classes cancelled more than 12 hours before the start time will have the credit returned to the client’s account.
5.3 Classes cancelled within 12 hours of the start time will be treated as a late cancellation and the class credit will be forfeited.
6. No-Show Policy
6.1 Failure to attend a booked class without cancelling within the required cancellation period will be considered a no-show.
6.2 For class package holders, the booked class credit will be deducted.
6.3 For unlimited memberships, the Studio reserves the right to charge a no-show fee or temporarily suspend advance booking privileges in cases of repeated no-shows.
7. Late Arrival Policy
7.1 Clients are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of class.
7.2 For safety reasons, entry may not be permitted once class has commenced.
7.3 Clients arriving after the permitted entry time may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show.
8. Private Sessions
8.1 Private sessions must be booked in advance.
8.2 Private sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged in full.
9. Membership Freezes
9.1 Eligible memberships may be frozen upon written request and subject to Studio approval.
9.2 Medical freezes may require supporting documentation.
9.3 The Studio reserves the right to determine eligibility for membership freezes.
10. Refunds
10.1 Memberships, class packages, workshops, events, private sessions, and retail purchases are generally non-refundable.
10.2 Refund requests may be considered in exceptional circumstances and in accordance with applicable UAE laws.
11. Health & Safety
11.1 Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate.
11.2 Clients must inform the Studio and instructors of any injury, medical condition, pregnancy, or physical limitation that may affect participation.
11.3 The Studio reserves the right to refuse participation where it reasonably believes participation may pose a risk to the client or others.
12. Studio Etiquette
12.1 Respectful behavior toward staff, instructors, and other clients is required at all times.
12.2 The use of abusive, threatening, discriminatory, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the Studio and termination of memberships or packages without refund.
13. Personal Belongings
13.1 Personal belongings are brought to the Studio at the owner’s risk.
13.2 The Studio is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
14. Photography & Media
14.1 The Studio may occasionally capture photographs and videos for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes.
14.2 By attending the Studio, clients acknowledge that they may appear in such content. The Studio will seek consent before using any identifiable image or video of a client for marketing or promotional purposes.
15. Privacy
15.1 Personal information collected by the Studio will be used solely for operational, safety, communication, payment, and legal purposes.
15.2 Information will be handled in accordance with applicable UAE laws and the Studio’s Privacy Policy.
16. Termination
16.1 The Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships, packages, bookings, or access to the Studio where a client breaches these Terms & Conditions or behaves in a manner that may endanger staff, instructors, or other clients.
17. Limitation of Liability
17.1 Participation in fitness, wellness, and movement activities involves inherent risks.
17.2 Clients participate voluntarily and acknowledge these risks.
17.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
18. Governing Law
18.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
