InnerG Studios LLC (“InnerG Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operating from Space42 Arena, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have in relation to it, in line with the United Arab Emirates’ Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (“UAE PDPL”) and its executive regulations.

This Policy applies to our website at innerg.ae, our booking platform and app, and to members and visitors of our studio at Space42 Arena.

3. Personal Data We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Identity & contact data: full name, date of birth, nationality, Emirates ID or passport number, phone number, email address, and (for members under 18) a parent/guardian’s details.
  • Emergency contact data: the name and phone number of a person to contact in case of emergency.
  • Health & fitness information: any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy status, or other health information you voluntarily disclose to us, principally through our Member Waiver, Release & Consent Form, so that our instructors can help you train safely.
  • Membership & booking data: the classes, packages, and memberships you book or purchase, attendance and cancellation history, and related communications.
  • Payment data: limited payment information processed on our behalf by our booking and payment platform; we do not store full card details ourselves.
  • Marketing preferences: whether you have opted in to receive marketing communications from us.
  • Photographs & video: images or footage captured during classes or events, in line with the photo/video consent you give us.
  • Website & technical data: your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and cookies, as described in our Cookie Policy.

4. How We Use Your Personal Data

We use your personal data to:

  • Set up and administer your membership and bookings;
  • Enable instructors to deliver classes safely, taking into account health information you have disclosed;
  • Respond to medical emergencies, using your emergency contact details where necessary;
  • Process payments for memberships, class packs, and other purchases;
  • Send you service communications (e.g. booking confirmations, schedule changes) and, where you have opted in, marketing communications;
  • Improve our studios, classes, and website;
  • Meet our legal, regulatory, and tax obligations in the United Arab Emirates; and
  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the following bases under the UAE PDPL: performance of our contract with you (e.g. providing the membership or class you have booked); your consent (e.g. for marketing communications, photography, and health data you choose to share); our legitimate interests (e.g. keeping our studios and members safe, improving our services); and compliance with our legal obligations.

Health information is sensitive personal data. We only collect and use it with your explicit consent, given through our Member Waiver, Release & Consent Form, and only for the purpose of enabling safe participation in our classes and responding to emergencies.

6. Who We Share Your Data With

We may share your personal data with:

  • Our class-booking and studio-management platform provider, who processes bookings, memberships, and related data on our behalf;
  • Payment processors, to process your payments securely;
  • IT, hosting, and website service providers who support our systems;
  • Professional advisers, insurers, and regulators or government authorities, where required by law; and
  • Emergency services or medical professionals, where necessary to protect your health or safety.

We do not sell your personal data. Where any of our service providers process data outside the United Arab Emirates, we take reasonable steps to ensure it continues to receive an appropriate level of protection.

7. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep your personal data for as long as you hold an active membership or account with us, and for a reasonable period afterwards to deal with any queries, comply with our legal and tax obligations, and establish or defend legal claims. Health information disclosed on your waiver form is retained for as long as required for safety and legal record-keeping purposes and is not used for any other purpose.

9. Your Rights

Subject to the UAE PDPL, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw any consent you have given (for example, for marketing or photography) at any time. We may need to verify your identity before actioning your request, and some requests may be subject to legal or contractual limitations (for example, we may need to retain certain records for regulatory purposes).

10. Children’s Data

Where a member is under 18, we collect personal data (including a guardian’s details) with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, as set out in our Member Waiver, Release & Consent Form. We only use children’s data for membership administration, safety, and the purposes described in this Policy.

11. Data Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration. Access to sensitive information, such as health data, is limited to those staff who need it to deliver our services safely.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
